Bob's Glove Run on the trails.
We are hitting the trails at Red
Creek Park
with Races at Red
Creek once a month!
The EER&TRC had three resolutions for 2010. We continue to improve on these as we move into 2009
Membership
In 2010 we are reinstating our paid membership campaign. Paid membership will
bring you monthly mailings, a special edition t shirt, and discounts to club
sponsored races.
Membership in the EER&TRC is also earned by participation. Running in 3 club
membership races and events makes you a member automatically. Volunteering
to help out in races is how you can support your sport.

The EER&TRC welcomes visitors to the Hamptons and Eastern Long Island.
The East End Runner
More Races: Fill in quite times with more races.  Now working on Mid Island races!
More Members: Increase membership and participation in races. All races are showing increased
participation
More Benefits: Improve communications with newsletters and our road runner web mail. The newsletter
has been a steady source of information.
In 2010, we are going to rely more on sponsors to help fund our races.
We continue to help charities with their fund raising events.

2010 goals are to further increase membership and participation. If we are to continue with more races, we
need more help. We are starting a
Race Committee to help organize every aspect of organizing a race. The
goal is one race a month and one newsletter a month.

The East End Road & Trail Runners Club
is a non profit organization dedicated to
promoting running and fitness and
organizing races for charitable
organizations. We provide organizational
skills, advice and the insurance required
to put on a running event. In our 15 year
history we have helped charitable
organizations raise hundreds of
thousands of dollars for their causes.

We are very grateful to our sponsors and
the thousands of runners who contribute
to the worthy causes we run for.
